A vacation

Today is 12-3-2013  what a day , but I have a event I want to shear with you and it is about a Carnival Cruse that I won man what a feeling it is to the Bahamas and it is a well deserved vacation and on a resort too I can't wait to go on that vacation.

     Most of my day was feeled with house work and it is simi done I have a long night of laundry , also cleaned certain rooms in the house twice  and my day was full but it's a start for a more productive family unit .

      The things that I have been doing is mostly work and it's on my business blog so I will blog  about life later on

Good deed

So on Sunday night I talk to my friend who works at a gas station overnight so let me tell you what happen on the night of Sunday the13 of October 2013 to the morning of Monday the 14 of October it starts like any other Sunday night I wake up in the middle of the night go to the gas station and start to talk with my friend but tonight was a bit different from the chain of events that happen 

What was different tonight is that their was no pull overs from the police but a guy an older man age between 66-76 years of age was walking in the rain he said that he needed to get home I was thinking he was sick has a loss of memory or Alzheimer's because he is in multi layers of clothing and walking with a cart. And no money so he was in the store for about15 min then my friend who seen that the old man had a tablet and he talked him in to selling it to him for $10.00 so after that they call him a cab the cab leaves the old Blackman.

But during this time I'm asking him about where is his family does he have anyone to call or stay with so next thing I did was ask for ID he showed me then he said he had a car but it got towed away and then he started telling stories about what happen in the old days he gave me his ID and a hotel motel key I called the kings inn because that is where the key was from and asked did he have a room their the lady said yes I took him after that to the inn made sure he went in his room and I finished my night 

Then I started to talked to the Fritos lays guy and he told me what wants are and a need so he's telling me the chip he deliver is a want cigarettes a want but can turn into a need gas a want I got it put it in my archives for a rainy day. 

The look out

So today is 9-23-2013 and it is the day we get a car and talking to the car sale man he said that he used to be in finance  so he told us that we are going to get hit with 25% interest because its a used car and were like wow that is a lot the fact that we have to get a car today is the only reason why I haven't walked out but since I was patient I learned .

Now what I learned is the kicker if you pay your bill or note and you send a second payment in and put on it this goes to the priceable it cuts down your time on the loan , I'm like sweet more information that I learned just talking to people , on a side note I guess this sales man was suppose to teach me this because this is the second time that I can to the dealer asked for someone else and I got him.

So now waiting on the out come of the loan that we have to get financed for now that is more out of already tight budget but I hope my partner learned that if you are not hard that you will get walked on I think that is why she is with me because I used to get walked on but I got tired of it so now its all about me and I am not taking less .

Superficial convo

Today is 9-22-2013 and I went to the dollar store and got some items for me and my girlfriend's friend and went to the checkout line and the cashier did what cashiers do so I asked him where is a certain item he got the item for me so I started making a few jokes about the item and he loosens up and started to  talk to me and while we were talking I was paying for my things I chose credit and as I was walking out the door he says I never pay credit for anything that goes away and I started to think.

What are things that don't go away so as I'm getting in the car I think electronics cars, and a house are thing that don't go away but the cost of these are better to pay on over time because you use them for long periods of time, and enjoy them unlike food because that expires to soon and you don't enjoy every peace and yet you still owe its a necessity that you need to live but you should buy food with cash . And other perishables. 

It's just to show you what information you get when you interact with people and meeting new friends can happen in real life not just on social media, so a conversation with a complete stranger for 30 sec I received financial information that I can use for a lifetime and pass on the information. 

Money Secrets

    Here it is that big Secret i told you about and it works it works really good, this is what you do first say i

want money then

 step 2 is go to a mirror and tell yourself you can have money.

Step 3 is think about having money.

Step 4 start keeping money in a bank or hiding place for this its like the nu wave oven or some infomercial

like that set it and forget it.

 And next thing you know you have extra money.

A Roc & A Hard place

    Well to day went some what ok i am not complaining i am venting, i feel like since i have matured when i had kids its like everyone has seemed to not understand the reason to muture is to progress why is it i feel that when some people have kids they regress. the fact that i no longer think of my self and really treat myself to things since i had kids ihave been going down hill it was a fun ride but now im ready to go up the next hill or mountin lets look at the growth or the start to think about others.
  when i was younger and had no kids i was selfish and if i messed up it was ok because i could bounce back no problem but since i have had kids and start thinking like an adult and feeling a lot more pressure on myself  because my action now affect me and my little ones so i have to do what that old adege says mesure 10 times and cut once so that adds a lot of no mistakes on my part so that brings me to this poit i am always at a catch 22 every time its like im the only person who wants me to succeed. lets me take you through my lates catch 22  ok since i lost everything i have been getting up paying things off getting me back to me but its like im not suppose to have money or live is it because i dont have a job that people get mad at me i guess they feel that i am a moocher well so but have they lost what i lost no have they did what i did no but they have all the information in the world on the subject. word of advice to my readers it is a struggle so keep it up if you want it noone can stop you and that is the point that i am at.
  situation i owe child support and i say so it is not their time for me to pay them what they are doing is making it even harder for me to get my kids colthing and pay my bills when they feel like they are doing something so i feel that i can make a case aginst them their is no way they should tell you that you can and cant get your money why this is what they fail to realize i put money in my account and i have my kid that i am going to pay child support on and we have a fun filled day planned but guess what we cant go anywhere why because child support froze my accounts oooh they also suspended my drivers lisence how did i find out when a cop pulled me over and took me to jail and i get out and i call child support and the tell me we will have a hold on your accounts for a hole year or until you pay your rears.
    now that is a catch 22 right i know so what do you do you feel like you have no right no nothing because a court order says that you have to pay this now your like that is how it works the law can take what it want when it wants because they also use the IRS to collect their money so now you feel like it was taken from me i can take it from someone else because that is what it taught me because you have to get some money so you can live but they dont care and when you do pay it back and you start getting a head all the mother has to do is go back to child support and say i need more is that fair no its not and the judge would proble grant them what they ask for  like you dont have your kids all the time no its not happining with me i want a case against child support and i want to freeze their accounts because all their saying is you should take care of your kids i do and i do it well.
      see people get mad at me because they feel i did not work hard enough for whear im at in life well my answer to them you did not go throught whit i went through but you can judge me and give me your opinion when i didnt asked for it, i know but everyone wants to give you a pep talk i dont need a pep talk what i need is money and lots of it give me a pep talk when i ask you because that is one part of growing up learning when to ask for help and you do that and you dont get it puts you in a place where  you feel you dont need anybody, its funny when your in limbo and you try to go somewhere and you cant move your stuck in the air in one place trying to move.

mixing biz with pleasure

Well today i went to a non profit for some credit information it took about 2 weeks before i went to the appointment because i felt that they could not tell me anything about fixing my credit. when all i have to do is pay off my debt well i was totally wrong so from me to you visit a credit counseling company its for your good to help you in your life.

I went to the appointment early like a half hour their was some paperwork waited and then seen the credit counselor  and not only did we go over my credit report but she also helped me get somethings off it so my score can go up, and the rest is up to me to handle.

And the reason it is so easy for me to talk to the creditors is because i used to work for one and in training i learned all the little tricks and now that is what i look for when paying off debt i can give you two tips one work for the deal like you have all the money then you ask for the payment plan if you don't have all the money, and number two if the person you are talking to does not want to make a deal take the number down  and call and hope that you get someone that is new that really wants their job.

Then the rest of the day was me making sure that my kids had a fun day at school and learned somethings and since today is Thursday today we eat dinner at my moms so it has been a good day.
